A delegation of participants from UNICAMP acted representing it at the BLACKTEKFEST event, organized by Zumbi dos Palmares College, in São Paulo, 11/19/2019, in celebration of the month of black conscience.
NIED participated in organizing the group, with the support of INOVA-Unicamp, and the student Victor Mendes de Freitas Silva presented the TACTILE SONORO MAP project to the participants of the fair. This project is coordinated by
Dr João Vilhete Viegas de D'Abreu.
The BRAZIL AFROTECH MAP was presented by Dr. Odair Marques da Silva,
through its objectives and encouraging adherence. Students linked to the organization “Black Connection”, FCA and FT-Unicamp, presented projects of scientific initiation: Thiago Herculano Pereira da Silva, Bianca Santos Serafim, Samara Messiah Santos, Nyahn Ekyê Fernandes Duarte, Ingryd Lo Tierzo, Lais Lima da Silva, Laura Engler Ribeiro, Fernanda Ferreira dos Santos, João Victor Ribeiro dos Santos and Wellington Renan Gonçalves.
It is worth mentioning that this participation is also linked to the terms of the agreement signed between Unicamp and Faculdade Zumbi dos Palmares and
the initiatives linked to UNICAMP-AFRO.
